1. Holidays are subject to availability and sufficient numbers being booked.

2. Accommodation is based on shared twin or double rooms, with the majority having private facilities. Single room supplements and travel insurance will apply (as detailed in the brochures).

3. The price of the holiday is correct at the time of going on-line. Air passenger duty has been added to all appropriate departures.

4. Holidays include, unless otherwise stipulated, the services of a Tour Guide. Insurance and optional excursions are not included in the holiday price. Should you organise these additional packages with the Tour Operator, then responsibility and liability in connection with these additional packages shall solely rest with the Tour Operator or its sub-contractors.

5. All Tour Operators featured in Halifax Courier Newspapers Reader Holiday advertisements are fully bonded members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). By signing booking documentation you will be agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Tour Operator.

6. Halifax Courier Newspapers Reader Holidays or the Tour Operator will send out relevant brochure(s) and booking form(s) for your attention.

7. Halifax Courier Newspapers Reader Holidays have promoted this holiday offer on behalf of the Tour Operator and on the basis of information supplied by the Tour Operator. Accordingly we do not accept liability or responsibility on behalf of the Tour Operator for any details within our holiday offer advertisements which may later prove to be inaccurate or misleading

8. The holiday will be solely organised by the Tour Operator and subsequently any alterations, amendments and changes from the advertised holiday offer will be the responsibility of the Tour Operator.

9. Any comments or complaints arising from any of the holidays promoted by Halifax Courier Newspapers Reader Holidays are the responsibility of, and should be taken up directly with, the relevant Tour Operator. We are keen to receive comments on the holidays we promote but regret that we cannot accept liability for any dissatisfaction on your part.
